The end result was phenomenal, but the process was stress-free and actually enjoyable.

I purchased a house in the Beach knowing that I would be doing a small renovation. Dean was professional from our first meeting onwards. As the project grew into a total house renovation, Dean rolled with the changes with practical suggestions, excellent cost saving strategies and he kept to my vision. I was impressed with the relationships Dean had established with his trades. I lived in the house during much of the renovation and that made the project all the more challenging for DJP Homes but they worked with the situation and the end result was not compromised. Humour helps. Trustworthy, on time, on budget, no surprises, consistent workmanship, attention to detail, no request was a problem, good natured, adaptable, resourceful, access to reliable and excellent trades, problem solver, current in every way…that was what my DJP Homes experience was all about. If I decided to take on another project, I will be calling Dean and his capable crew.

Working with DJP Homes has been the kind of experience that a family could only hope for when working with contractors. Dean was helpful in guiding the process of our first ever home renovation, and steered us to make the best possible choices for our space throughout the entire process. From suggesting the best tradespeople down to helping us choose bathroom tile, the team was very involved, incredibly knowledgable and always available. They troubleshooted effectively onsite to make sure that our timelines weren’t affected by any element of the building process, and they made the most efficient use of our time so that we weren’t bogged down by unnecessary details. In the end, they delivered the most incredible home, fit exactly to our taste and perfectly suited to our growing family. We will absolutely work with them again in the future, and could not imagine building another house without them.
